Why Private Sessions?

Each session is geared toward you.
Including your unique goals, desires and needs. Each posture, area of focus, and breath-work is tailored directly towards your specific body and needs. Additionally, as postures and breath-work are practiced it is your body alone when considering safe alignment and a mindful practice.
I provide everything you will need.
This includes all props, aromatherapy and an essential oil massage for each session. Additionally, hands-on energetic healing is offered throughout our therapeutic sessions if desired. These sessions can be offered either in person in the comfort of your own home/work-space OR virtually via zoom.
You can expect to see true growth in your practice.
By gearing the sessions towards you and offering tips for how to keep up your practice between sessions, the rate of improvement rises exponentially. Each session begins with a check-in to see how you are doing and if any changes need to be made to proceed forward, and will end with recommendations for your practice in-between sessions.
*Virtual 60 minute sessions range from $65 - $90 *In-person 60 minute sessions range from $85 - $105.
